The 360-degree Assessment provides feedback from the perspective of managers, peers, employees, customers and stakeholders on how a leader models the leadership competencies.  With this insight, Individual Development Plans (IDP) can be structured for leaders that focus on those competency areas most in need of development for success in a leadership role.
